How To Choose A Healthy Cat Food
Anyone who lives with cats know they are an important part of the family, and like other family members, you probably want to take care of them to ensure they live a long life healthy. An important part of this is to find a cat food healthy. Unfortunately, this may be a little more difficult than finding healthy food for yourself if you know what to look for in a cat food that cats have different nutritional needs than us.

Cats need protein as the main ingredient of food, but, unfortunately, many feed companies cut corners and use cheap sources of protein as main ingredient. Avoid using food for cats as meat by-products or meat meal and bone meal as the main source of protein. These by-products of food can vary considerably from one batch to another, so they are not a reliable source of food for your companion.
